OFFICE LOCATION

My office address is 1304 Solano Avenue, #3, Albany, CA 94706. I have availability to see clients in-person on Mondays and Wednesdays. I am also open to working remotely via video-conferencing depending upon the situation.

SESSION SCHEDULE

I generally require weekly sessions that are scheduled at a regular time each week. I also offer the option of meeting two or more times per week. I will be as flexible as possible with rescheduling if you need to miss a regularly scheduled session. The typical session length is 50 minutes and I am also open to meeting for longer sessions if so desired.

SESSION FEE

My fee is $150 per 50-minute session. For longer sessions, the fee would be prorated. I also hold a few sliding-scale slots for clients who are unable to afford my regular fee.

PAYMENT INFO

Please be prepared to pay prior to or at the beginning of each session. You can pay by check or Venmo. My Venmo username is @IsaacSussman. If we are not meeting in person, please send any checks to: Isaac Sussman, 1304 Solano Avenue, #3, Albany, CA 94706.

INSURANCE INFO

I do not accept any insurance plans. However, I can provide you with superbills to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. If you are interested in this option, it is important for you to verify that your insurance plan includes benefits for out-of-network mental health/behavioral health services.

CANCELLATION/LATENESS POLICIES

Please inform me via phone or text at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. If you do not, you will be charged the full fee unless we can find a mutually convenient time to reschedule prior to your next regular session.

Please inform me via phone or text if you are going to be 10 or more minutes late to your session. If you do not, I will assume that you will not be attending your session. If you do not show up, you will be charged the full fee regardless of whether or not we are able to reschedule.
