I work with individual adults ranging in age from young adult to elder who come from a variety of backgrounds and want to address a variety of issues in therapy. Some of the most common issues are self-esteem/self-confidence, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Below are a couple of lists meant to convey a general sense of my practice. They are in no way meant to be exclusive of different types of people or concerns.

CLIENT ISSUES

  • Anxiety (including anxiety in relationships, social anxiety, insecurity, and self-doubt)

  • Depression (including feelings of hopelessness and lack of motivation)

  • Self-esteem/Self-confidence (including personal autonomy/sense of self separate from parents or upbringing)

  • Relationships (including desires, needs, conflicts, and negative patterns)

  • Existential Concerns (including existential crises, meaning/purpose, and freedom/responsibility)

  • Life Transitions (including shifts into young adulthood and older adulthood)

I work with a wide range of clients and issues.
